That side of the satellite which is turned towards the Sun receives more heat than it radiates, hence it receives entropy at a certain rate; the other side of the satellite is losing heat and entropy at the rate defined by black body radiation. Combine this knowledge with the II law of thermodynamics to express the maximal charging power.
